@Windwalzer long term trades have been doing okay, up 30% on them, still holding. Plays have slowed down last few days, so I'm protecting capital as best as I can rn

Have you been through this kind of a dump before? I can say I have seen a lot of variability in the market over this past year or so. Better to know and not get surprised I suppose. Take care.
