Announcement of IPO closing send the price up for PH and it halted into the close. At 4pm it gapped up and swung up and down. That's when I noticed it and thought I might catch it on the bottom and sell it when it swings back up or if it makes a new breakout. Instead it lowered about 2% and held for 10 min. then dumped and started to slide so I got out. Lesson: CLQ
