Here is what is currently happening.
Volume was still huge and it looked like it might break new highs so I hopped back in but it dropped steadily. I sold half as it passed VWAP, then it popped over again then down some more and I sold the rest at the very bottom. It went on to spike for the next 15 min. after my sale, up 21%. Lesson: CLQ
After 2 PM spikes it looked like a third test of HOD just before the open, but it didn't happen and I held through the open and it dumped. I sold ASAP but I hit the bottom and it came back over the next few hours. Lessons: CLQ, don't expect a continuance through the open.
Getting a bit smarter. Oracle target price was $4.10 but very active premarket. Bought @ $4.00 at 9:00, then put in a conditional order to sell at $4.40 ot stop loss of $3.80. Hit $4.40 right after I put the order in and dropped so fast thought I had hit my stop loss but saw had actually had a win. YEAH for me! Quick 10% win.
Bought on morning dip and watch it climb to $4.15 but didn't take the win. Greedy, I guess. Dropped faster than it rose and finally took a 7% loss. But if combine the possible win I didn't take plus the loss I did take, total loss of $58. Just stupid.
Another overnight tiny win, but it's a win. If it starts dropping in the AM, time to get out!
