$445 profit KCPC Long Stock

Entry comments: Wanted bigger panic under 2 but yesterdays support at 2.15 is holding, small position again, goal is to make 30-60 cents/share on the bounce

Exit comments: Gave it time to bounce but can't go green on the day so I'm out for small profits...+$2k now on the day on this one, but volume fading fast and inability to bounce makes me out, onto looking at SMRT for a potential dip buy later today, better volume/volatility

@MichaelGoode Hey Michael, maybe you can answer a question for me? I am not sure if it is the platform I am using (thinkorswim) or if its something I did wrong but I tried buying 1k/shares of $KCPC and i received a message saying "REJECTED: Clients are unable to place a Market Order on an Opening Transaction for OTCBBN securities. BUY +1000 KCPC MKT". I have never received a message like this and not sure why or what that means besides the obvious. Can you explain?

First, I recommend against ever using a market order, but if you do use them only use them for very liquid stocks that are not volatile. Your broker is protecting you from getting a horrid execution by preventing you using a market order on an OTC stock like $KCPC. Next time, just use a limit order and if you want to have a greater chance of it getting filled, place it a bit above the best offer

Hey Michael, are you ever using Stop Limits or just Limits?

When I do use stop losses I usually use trailing stops or I use stop limit orders (and set the limit far enough below the stop trigger price that I'm almost guaranteed a fill). I avoid ever using market orders

$550 profit KCPC Long Stock

Entry comments: I dip bought this speculative play, VERY SMALL POSITION, goal is to make 25-50 cents/share, not sure if I'll hold overnight or not

Exit comments: Whew, nice bounce, retested highs, but now looking like possible double top, so I'll play it safe, potential re-buy tomorrow, just not gonna risk it overnight

$320 profit KCPC Long Stock

Entry comments: I got laughably small execution on this stock that just announced John Mcafee is joining them http://tim.ly/2GtIzCS remember what he did for MGTI, goal is to make 15-30%, already spiking a ton, blehhh, wanted 5k shares

Exit comments: Nice run but this is just crazy, small position made a solid % gain, potential rebuy on any big dip

Did you have this on your whatch list? How do I set up so that I know this is happening not by having you telling us?

@JROlivar dvds and video lessons will teach you how to identify when stocks have percent gains and catalysts.

Study study and study thats the only way. @JROlivar, and soo. You will see the setups coming. Best recent example in my opinion is $ECYT. Study charts like that and you will be able to catch the up and down side

What would you have risked buying this straight up spike?
