Tried a speculative dip buy that did not pan out! Lesson learned as I did not research the chart the best I could have & suffered the consequences. One thing I always remember is to cut losses quickly! Hope is not a strategy!
I got in a little late after the initial bounce short. But, still stayed focused on risk management and my initial thesis. As the bounce off of support continued, I added to my short position at the top of the bounce. All in all, this was a great scalp, but missed the bigger move because I got in too late.

3 Dip buy attempts as this wouldn't bounce. This was a all day fader after a big gap up. Wait for potential confirmation instead of blindly buy on the way down. It had an 11 am bounce as all day faders usually do
Entry comments: Doji - Short this over the weekend. Risking the 1.30 area. This traded most of its volume in that area, so this has good potential. Looking for a gap down and flush to cover into on Monday. Will gladly cover PM if it yields the average low based on stats
GUS - This was an unfortunate one. I was not able to get full size at all due to it being super hard to find shares. This faded super hard and never bounced for full size once I had the shares. I mostly covered because it was near the average low based on stats. Otherwise there isn't much to talk about with this ticker
