WISA- 4m float, 17m mkt cap, technology sector, semi-conductors co., USA, NASD, 1m shares traded daily on average and it traded 119m on the FGD, Former runner, former fgd bouncer, announced they executed a $210m definitive agreement, to purchase assets including high performance computing software. high dilution and low on cash. Big volume and big % gainer. 

XRTX- 2m float, 7m mkt cap, healthcare sector, biotech, Canada, NASD, former runner/supernova/PSFW, 169m shares traded on the FGD with an average daily volume of 65k, announced pioneering research indicating a role for genetic regulation of Xanthine Oxidase and therapeutic targeting of Aberrant Purine Metabolism. High potential for dilution and running very low on cash.  

BOF- 4m float, 11m mkt cap, consumer defense sector, packaged goods co., USA, NASD, history of runs but no big volume, announced they delivered shareholder update revenue surges in first half poised for continue growth and debt elimination,  

VOXX- 9m float, 107m mkt cap, technology sector, consumer electronics, USA, NASD, traded 147m shares on the FGD with an average daily volume of 157k, no history of big volume or big % gains. Very low on cash.  

JBDI- 200m mkt cap, consumer cyclical sector, Packing and containers co., Singapore, NASD, IPO, announced $11.25m public offering, traded 5m shares on FGD and went 100%.  

MULN- 24m float, 14m mkt cap, consumer cyclical, auto manufacturers, USA, NASD, former runner and supernova PSFW, traded 419m shares and steadily increasing on the daily chart, average daily volume of 11k, volt mobility entered into $210m contract with MULN to purchase 3,000 class 1 and class 3 EV cargo vans and trucks. Highly dilutive and very negative on cash. Pump and Dump.  

ASST- communication services, internet content and information, USA, NASD, multiple history examples of big volume and multi day runs with big % gains, 105m shares traded on the big green day ended red on the day, an average of 254k shares traded daily,  

FFIE- 12m float, 88m mkt cap, consumer cyclical, auto manufacturers, USA, NASD,       former runner/supernova/PSFW, traded 150m shares and only 3m traded daily on average 

BYU- 49m float, 139m mkt cap, financial sector, shell co., China, NASD, up 135% on a 7 day green day run, no recent history of runs, reported results for Q2 2024, high dilution, very negative on cash. Slightly increased volume.  

RR- 14m float, 84m mkt cap, up 180% this week 4 day straight green day run, traded 111m on the big green day run and only 8m average daily volume. Announced they issued a comprehensive analysis of their robotics, they also announced they launched ADAM robot for a One Kitchen store the first humanoid robot in Illinois.  

ALZN- 0.64m float, 4m mkt cap, healthcare sector, Biotech, USA, NASD, average daily traded volume of 25k with 80m shares traded on the FGD, no history of big volume or big % gains. Announced they partnered with a general hospital for phase II clinical trial for Lithium therapeutic for PTSD, negative on cash.  

VRAX- 1.73m float, 12m mkt cap, Healthcare sector, Biotech, USA, NASD, multi-month breakout, history of big volume and big % gains on a multi-day breakout, former runner and former bouncer PSFW, daily average volume trading at 1m and traded 93m on breakout day, no news, high dilution possible and low on cash.  

APDN- 10m float, 18m mkt cap, healthcare sector, USA, NASD, daily volume average trading at 2m and traded 51m on FGD then 229m on second green day breakout, history of huge runs with no bounces. Needs to crash hard on a big FRD or multiple red days in a row.  

GOVX- 5m float, 37m mkt cap, biotech, USA, NASD, Healthcare sector, history of multi day runs and good FGD bounces, multiple history events of multi day runs and PSFW price action. Former runner and big volume. Multi week breakout, Traded 107m shares with an average volume of 3m daily. Appointed Teressa to their scientific advancements, a professor in immunology and vaccinology. Low on cash.  

GNLN- 0.5m float, 6m mkt cap, Tobacco, USA, NASD, 46m shares traded with 53k shares traded on average daily, announced non-binding letter of intent to be the exclusive distributor in the U.S. of Safety strips. 365% gainer on the FGD, ran from 2 to 21.  

SAVA- 44m float, 1.68B mkt cap, Healthcare sector, Biotech, USA, NASD, 35% of the float is short, 13m shares traded with only 2m shares traded on average daily, announced a conference call on August 8th for a company update and recent developments,  

ASTS- 120m float, 1.6B mkt cap, communication equipment, USA, NASD, 24% of the float is short, no news, multi day and week runner, no history of big % gains or big volume,     

      

Not able to trade everyday due to work. When I do get my chances, I will be prepared every night before and the morning of the trading day. Studying and watching the markets, staying in tune with the market until my time to trade more often. Looking back at my watchlist at the end of the trading day to see how my plans went. I must create a trade plan, execute the pattern I'm comfortable with, and cut losses quickly when I make a trade. I will set my goal and a thesis of what the stock will do. Along with the Trader Checklist and P.R.E.P.A.R.E. before every trade. If I don't or can't, then I'm not allowed to make the trade. I will have the discipline to only trade the patterns I am comfortable and most profitable with which are Multi Day Breakouts, and FGD bounces.
