stocks typically bounce in either direction. If its hitting support it will bounce up (if it doesn't could signal low support). if it hits resistance lvl it should bounce down to touch a lvl of support before moving up again. Don't buy resistance unless you have indicators showing it will likely break that lvl. I'm new but have been deep studying T.A. for about 6 months.

@gjbailey36 Thanks for your assistance. I'm a new penny stock trader and I'm currently working on my terminology while at the same time, I'm learning how to be profitable. I'll continue to blog until I get my trading pattern in order. Once again, thanks.
