@KShim I'm in the same position being under the PDT rule. My problem i'm trying to fix is over trading. It's really hard to control especially if you have 1 or two awesome trades in a row. My recommendation, and I know some people would disagree, but have more then 1 broker. I technically have 3 since 1 (Fidelity) I have through my work since I have my RSU shares and 401K with them. My main broker is Etrade and I absolutely love Etrade Pro, so I use that and trade on Fidelity's website. IMO Fide
I've been using Ameritrade for the sole reason that ToS is the best trading platform out there. HOWEVER, there were no shares to short on $GENE yesterday, and I was... crying inwardly all afternoon about it. I think I will make ETrade my main, and Ameritrade my secondary. Thanks for the ideas everyone.
The PDT rule is irrelevant if you focus on the best trades

IMO Fidelity is so so, but I just opened a TD Ameritrade account and will use them for another 3 day trades.
