I'm new here & from the UK, so no broker account yet, have a look at these brokers https://www.tradezero.co sounds like there operating from the same Island as SureTrader - would be good to hear feed back on Tradezero.
I am here in Canada. Have just started so went with the broker my Credit Union uses at least for now til I get my feet wet. Credential Direct.
Yeah, I got a SureTrader-Account and finally I'm ready for trading.

I would be the wrong person to ask this question. I am new here and this was my first trade. I do not yet presume to think I know what I am doing. When I bought this on the 19th I missed my exit point and then just held it waiting for a chance to sell which came on the 24th. As I said, not well played. @beheracts
I thought the same thing but then thought I did not lose $ don't fret about what might have been... it might have gone the other way. Trade scared, LOL @start2go
$CYTR was not the best play, bought Apr 19th, sold today. A little too soon I see. It is what it is.
@Cathy just became a fully transparent trader today!
I am also from Canada, I just join Tim and I am using Scotia itrade. which stock screener do you use and how do buy when exchange opens because of our time zone. Thanks
right now I am using Credential Direct (Interior Savings Credit Union) when I buy I am up and ready for market to open 6:30 am pacific time which is 9:30 eastern time. Unfortunately I do not have a trading account where i can buy pre or after market. But as a new trader I don't feel the need to do that as I am still new to this so do what I can within trading hrs.
do you enter trades when it open or do you for the first 15 minutes. Thanks
first I do my scans the night before to see if there is anything within my criteria. then I look up the stocks to see what the companies are like, check the charts going back as far as 5 years to see if it spikes often. then I watch it to see what it is doing for the day check the news, etc. sometimes I get in within the first half hr, sometimes end of day. depends on what is happening. Again, I am new at this. am just testing the waters.
