Great video, thanks for sharing! I totally agree with your thoughts near the end of picking a stock, focusing on it, and solely trading it. I did that with $ASNA, had success, but stopped because I didn't quite understand what I was really doing at the time. Looking back now, and having learned more since, I think it's a viable strategy if you find the right one for yourself, don't get too greedy, and are quick to cut losses to not erase gains.
Good call on HTZ. I've been watching your thinkorswim videos, and started testing the "ABCD" scan with some good results. - Thanks for the great info.
@wannabestocktrader It can be hard to stay focused on just one or two stocks all the time. When other things are moving and ours are dead in the water...very easy to get pulled away. But, if you can have a few that put in food daily ranges it can pay to keep them on the list.
@Lincoln_Hawk glad the vids are helping...shoot me ideas and if I have time can see what I can do for others. I missed the $HTZ short yesterday...wow, what a move! Didn't get to my trade desk until after the open and was out of rhythm for a while.

@Skiwi I rarely post here any more, but saw your comment and laughed. I suggest you search YouTube for "Lessons From A $10+ Million Penny Stock Trader", go to 1:01:00 in the video, Act like a Pro, and learn that an average profit of 1.4% per trade is not uncommon. Sometimes you take what the market and your emotions allow you.
@Lincoln_Hawk @Skiwi Yeah that's why I don't look at percentages. The stock I bought I only held for 2 mins. If I held it for 4 more mins it would've made 40c/share which is really good. Sometimes it doesn't matter what the % win is on these high-priced stocks as they stocks b/c if they're volatile you can make just as much much money as a penny stock.

@Lincoln_Hawk Thank you, I'm aware of that, I will definitely be checking up on current Floats of these Stocks, thanks again.
@GreTa You're welcome. I was specifically referencing DRYS. They're offering $200M in stock to an investor who according to the filing "may offer all or part of the shares for resale from time to time through public or private transactions, at either prevailing market prices or at privately negotiated prices."
@Lincoln_Hawk thanks for the info, much appreciated.
Is there any way one can get his hands on FDA announcements re-medicines? Legally of course.

[TimAlerts] $DRYS reminds me of a movie called the Drytanic... I mean Titanic
I have several videos on how to use TOS for scanning on my website here: http://www.thepennystockquest.com
@Palmer has an excellent ABCD scan for TOS. I've found several mid-morning & afternoon setups using it. I'm going to try the "Bullish Trend Scan", and may tweak each one to search for those stocks with high relative volume at the open, as well as ones that do not fall below VWAP for an extended period of time.
I use finviz.com, it's free and easy to use. You can check out tutorials online on youtube on how to use it but it's pretty straight forward. I don't remember excatly where but on Tim's website there is an article on pennystocking and there's a small list of presets he talks about you can use.
Oh and it only screens NASDAQ, NYSE, AMEX. It doesn't screen Over the counter Stocks. Just set Exchange you want, volume, , market cap and price under 10$. then click on charts and that should get you started. this is only the basics basics but I'm sure you can figure out the rest. Have a good one
