Man oh man.. Do I not think clearly when I have a day off from work and can watch the market without having any other responsibilities in the morning. I watched DCTH start breaking out and quite honestly I had no idea how to play it and I chased it. I had put a limit in at .185 but wasn't fast enough to get executed. Then I realized something.. I haven't cancelled a limit order yet and couldn't find the tab where to cancel it.. LOL. What a noobie mistake.. Yeah, I got executed after it crashed from .21 to where it's at right now. Of course I sold right away because when a sub penny stock takes a 4 cent plummet that's pretty bad. Only lost 15 bucks off 650 shares. Still, what a mistake and a very preventable mistake this was.. I'm sticking to only trading when I'm sitting in the parking lot at work because I don't chase stocks no matter how well they're doing. I stick to my plans that I wrote down from the night before and if the stocks don't fit my criteria I simply don't trade and protect myself/my account. This isn't embarrassing for me to admit, this 15 dollar mistake taught me a lot. Sure, after I stopped panicking and figured out how to cancel limits this will never happen again. Lol... Can't believe I did this to myself today. Don't be dumb like me :p Now to move forward!
