LIGHTBRIDGE CORP which trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker LTBR is up over 

100% pre-market doubling where it closed yesterday at $2.15

This company is a nanocap with valuation at 27M with does both nuclear energy consulting as well as create new technology for metallic nuclear fuel at reactor sites.  There are 11 million outstanding shares and over 15 million shares have already traded in the first hour of trading today.

Lightbridge has procured several patent allowances for their technology recently and we'll see how traders react to developments unveiled at a morning conference today regarding an upcoming joint venture with a company called Framatome.

Price action in the first half hour of trading is very Choppy, and is now downtrending in the first hour perhaps indicating the stock will continue to downtrend throughout the day.

My recommendation is to BUY 3000 shares on a price DIP today when trader volume is at a HIGH VOLUME bar of at least 300,000 shares being traded. In the first hour of trading today there has been a DIP BUY opportunity at Each High Volume Bar of 300,000 where the stock price has then PIVOTED up.

SELL when you realize a small gain of 10 cents a share is viable. If there is no profit taking during the day, SELL into a bounce during the last hour of the market at 3pm EST to market close. 

If there is no bounce and the stock is trading FLAT, SELL and get out of the trade for a small loss. Only be LONG this stock overnight if it is a green day, and the stock is closing higher than where it opened.  Most likely, it will be a red day.

 As a RULE, risk should be LIMITED.  If profit is only between 3-5%, than risk should only be 3-5%. As a RULE do not risk more than 10% on any one position unless I have an outstanding thesis.  Prospects are much better when identifying TRADES in the future that allow for higher percentages of Profit for gains of 30% or more. Look for stocks that are ready to breakout or go supernova.
