Pissed at myself because I was stubborn and worried about half a penny. Set a buy for RGSE at 0.505 thursday afternoon and watch a few thousand shares go off at 0.51, that half penny cost me about $400 in possible profits. Being stubborn is not always good. #alwayslearning #itstheprocess @timothysykes @profitly @stockstotrade

You said you have been tracking first green day o/n holds, curious to see if you would like to swap info. I have been tracking them for a monthish. So far I have haven't traded them all but I'm showing odds in our favor on first green days above 10%. Sorry if this hit you twice.

Imagine being delighted by a nice $830 gain this morning making this your best month ever considering it's only the 8th. Then getting a phonecall to come into work and then being walked out for something you can hardly even believe is cause for termination........ Every level has it's challenges, and there is no lifetime membership to anything these days, this is the digital era and we pay dues monthly. In other words, never get too comfortable or complacent. As for me, they'll have to pry my mouse from my dead hands before I stop trading. Honestly I normally wouldn't write anything on here, but I want to remember this day and I want others to know about it as well. When I finally make it, this will show that it wasn't at all easy, and demons were at nearly every turn. #letsdothis

I hope you came back strong. I'm not having much luck so far, this holiday isn't helping much since no one is hiring until afterwards.

That sounds a lot like my situation. I'm also working full time, so I can relate. You might look into buying earnings winners as they breakout over multi month resistance or over the earnings day high. Both setups attract a lot of different types of traders, so there’s a lot of demand driving the price up

What do you look for when it not earnings season? Thanks for the advice to.

I only trade earnings winners and there's enough action to keep me busy all year. There's definitely an ebb and flow of new announcements, but a lot of these stocks offer dip and breakout opportunities for several months after their initial announcement

@timothysykes Tim - just bought your course and I am very new to this. Joined your course because of my brother who is doing day trading and loves it. I am going through the videos but I don't see a video that will show me the very basics as to how to buy and how to sell. I just opened an account with ETrade. TIA for your time
