I'm taking a break for a spell...  Trading is mentally tough and if you are losing or winning for a while, it's good to synthesize a block of time and break down all the good and bad trades in the journal.  It's also interesting to look in restrospect at those charts and trades that could have been massive winners or better set ups.

 Last week has been too many big positions with small profits. no patience, big risk on shorts and with the low volatility in the market, there aren't a lot of stocks moving.  Also, not taking trades on standard parameter set ups due to sluggish price action has been the norm.  I can tell I'm getting antsy standing around after a real active July.

I'll be out in Wyoming and Colorado climbing some rocks.  Might take a few trades here and there from mobile, but mostly just enjoying the wind, sand and stars.  If you climb in the Denver/Boulder/Laramie, I'll be cragging in Vedauwoo WY for most of the trip, so if you like the traditional climbing up there drop me a line or drop by, I'm bringing all the gear...! \\
