I live in Canada and recently joined Tim's alert, i recently found out my broker doesn't allow me short sell us stocks.
Does anyone on here use a Canadian broker that allows them to short sell US stocks under $1 and on the OTC market.
From what I found out is the US brokers will not allow me to open a US trading account if I'm not a US citizen.

Did you try Think or Swim throught TD Waterhouse
As canadians we cant get Etrade so your goal is to get interactive brokers. You can also short at virtual brokers + suretrader
