@dixielee1969 Question: what requirements do you look for before you hold a stock overnight?

also anything I hold in long term or overnight must have a decent catalyst coming up. Watch for insider buying too. That is often a great indicator of something going on behind the scenes.

you're welcome :) Just keep studying, and always study the past of any company you buy or sell. History most time repeats itself.

Sorry to hear, but it's good to recognize when you need to take a step back and get things back under your control. I feel the essence of the The "No Days Off" mentality isn't about literally not taking days off or time as you need it, but rather something to help new people understand that success isn't going to be handed to them; they have to work really, really hard for it, even though the "fast and easy" money in the stock market creates the illusion they won't.

This is nothing to be ashamed of - your personal life is the most important and if your mind insn't working trading will be alot worse so this is very responsible from you! Take some time off and get your personal issues together - gather your strenght and than you will come back more dedicated than ever ! GL on your journey and study hard! I wish you the best of luck!
