Man this week was wild. Last week was so trash. I gave back all my profits on TKAT for the month and felt absolutely disgusted. One day took me out. Over the weekend I made it my number one priority to get my head right. Listened to trading in the zone and the wizard himself, Randy Howell. This week I am finishing up 329$ with a 61.5% WR and 2:35 RR. Absolutely mind-blowing how sticking to ONLY what works can be game-changing. Once you realize that everything is in your own damn head, its a game changer. This is truly where the journey starts in my opinion.

I have made a new high in this month's profits. I made back everything and then some since my big L last week on TKAT. Been working on my emotions and also working on raising my win rate and RR. Plan is to stay patient and keep it going. So far so good. Last week was a lame red week so lets finish off this week strong. I want to focus on process and not green. Green will come on its own but process is more important to me at this moment.

Gave back a week's worth of profit in one day. I got impatient and went into autopilot mode. I got bailed on on TKAT because I was down 300+ at one point. Really hate this but I am working on my mistakes. I am going to work on patience and waiting to moves to come. I felt I was chasing a lot yesterday with all the movers.

Great start to the week. Executions were sloppy a bit but I'm barely coming back. I am much more calm during the trade so I can focus on the intricate details. Should have been much bigger green day but I'll take it. Stops could be tighter.

Back after a few months break. Feels good to be back. Ended my first week back green with a 50% WR, 1.65:1 RR. Im going to keep trading small until my stats tell me other wise. I need to work on the process rather than the money.

2nd green week in the books. I started the week off in a rut. Slow, nothing moving and forcing trades. Wednesday was the pivot point. I had a small green day but it fixed my mindset. Ending the week with good RR but my win rate took a hit. It's from forcing trades during the slow times. I need to be able to sit on my hands when the plays just aren't there instead of putting myself in a hole. Overall I am happy and this is the first time I've had a back to back green weeks. The new risk management is all to thank for coming out in the green. Otherwise, I would have been deep in the red. I am looking for 6 straight weeks of green. Also want to see my win rate and RR improve during those weeks.

Not the start to the month I was looking for. Red day but a manageable red day. Choppy market due to the elections being tomorrow. Lets see how the rest of the week goe.s I will be taking my foot off the gas pedal tell then.

Going into the first trading day of November, I want to be really selective of my tickers. Keep risking small and try and go for the best setups. Also, sticking to my plan for profit taking as well. I am selling and holding on to a big piece after the stock hits my PT. I have to take the single and move on to the next trade. It's ok to hold on a piece but much smaller piece I think.
