Nice to meet another trader similar situation usually work 9 - 6, live in Cali not a very good morning person but you take what the market gives you. Lately see the play miss an entry question weather to enter not. Then I enter and it fades way to turn a winning trade into loss. Sincerely don't want to be a 90% trader. What can I say still learning the sst platform. Maybe we succeed togather?

I took a small loss on 1500k of $22.00. should have re bought in took the ride up.NXTD. Don't mind small losses as long as theres a lesson learned and remembered. Blessings Evan.

HI Mark I have been in the challenge since 2019. Went back to work for 2 plus years at a greenhouse. Extremely satisfying being a avid gardener. Still into trading and have a small account. Some wins but more losses. My co worker was into options and was teaching me a alittle about them. I have not placed a options trade yet. Do you take on students that are interested in options trading? If so I would like to mentor with you and your group. I am currrently in recovery for knee replacement and and back in the game but wanting to expand but trade knowledge. If your interested message me. Thank you. Sincerely humbled trader!

Hi! I joined the challenge back in 2016. However, I was so eager to make money that I focused more on trading when I should have been focusing on studying. Anyway, I feel lucky to be back in the challenge. I have a whole new perspective now, and enjoying the studying journey!

Hi Evan been in the challenge since 2019. Last two years working 10 hour days not much trading. My co worker got me back in to market watch. I am recovering from knee replacement for 6 to 12 weeks. Will be working on my trades more paper and money. Haven't seemed to find my successful trading stragedy yet. How about you? I usually use fidelity and now TD ameritrade. Maybe we can grow learn and be profitable this year. Good luck you Evan. Want o break the loss train as of late, mostly small los

I am not a good one to ask about risk as I'm currently in a 1-year experiment where I don't care about risk generally because I only trade OTC former runners as they usually run again and I'll always get out for a profit. I have 467 consecutive wins with the strategies outlined in my 10/31 & 2/27 blogposts. I also have 47 open positions! When I learned that Jack Kellogg had 60 open positions, it made me not worry. What I've learned from Sykes and other mentors over the past year, if buying a dip buy, you might commonly cut if it goes below LOD. What I've learned is that, as long as I'm buying former runners as daily Big % Gainers with Volume, if it goes lower I'll usually do another dip buy and then hold. My trading weakness isn't cutting losers... I proved I could do that quite well as I lost $15k in my first 15 months as a trader ($7.5k to start in Tim's Challenge). My weakness is greed and that's what I'm focused on until Sep... learning how to shoot winners before they fall back below me. Back to your question, another way I've learned from Sykes and the mentors to cut losses is when the price falls below a strong support price. You can always find those by looking back at the 2-mo, 3-mo, & 6-mo charts. You'll see me in Challenge Chat calling out the support prices because if I'm up 10% profit or more, that's how I decide to get out is when the support prices break... then I get out on the very next bounce.... this helps me with my greed problem.

I just came to check your trades after you told me about PUGE today, 4/6/22. I wondered how you were able to hold through a roughly 15% at one point. Interesting concept! I'm definitely going to look further into this! Thanks.

Hi Troyman I got a work day off figured look at the market. Had not been trading in a while but my co worker got me started and looking again. Had some expensive plays not and some OTCS. Overall some wins and losses but nothing to major. Two decent wins on VAPR. Since I work 9 to 5:30 hard to trade but I do what i can. Thank you for the karma.

" You are now just going to gravitate towards the good ones and you are going to be more and more callous towards the ones that are bad, whether it is through the pain of losing or through the discipline of trading the right ones.". A powerful message.

Today i am glad I didn't go back into SPCE and BLDP they lost there steam and made alittle but reset mostly. When I have gone back in after it always turns against me. I listened to my rules and saved what profit I made. Tim Sykes rules are good and should be followed. Thanks for helping us!
