@ilikebbstock Hi! I have a question. On thinkorswim Level 2 do you see all the market makers ID with OTC stocks? ex: ARCA, MICA, CSTI, ASCM, ect.. because It only shows me OTC OTHER for otc stocks, but I can see all MMID for listed stocks. Thanks!

@ilikebbstock Hello! I noticed that sub-penny stocks are your niche and it's where you're most profitable, how did you stumble upon them, and are there any difference in trading to a non sub-penny stock? I am just asking because I could easily put $50 on a stock and easily make 300% tripling my investment. I find that quite impressive, thanks!

Thanks for your reply, I've got so many questions about them, but my main 2 are those, Is it even possible to short those stocks? You really need to be so sure before shorting them lol. And, what do you consider a small float? I usually find small float a company that only has 20 million or less in shares, but in the sub-penny world you can buy 20 million shares and it could be just a 5 thousand dollar position lol, do you consider 100 million to 500 million small float? Thanks again!

low float is generally under 100M for me. Shorting penny stocks, well it is done, but probably not subpennies too expensive for margin.

its not easy I just got caught in one, avoid caveat emptor stocks if possible they are usually the ones that get halted but not always. go to otcmarkets.com for their otc status

Yeah you're stuck in STVA, I sold my position in HOMR a few days before, thankfully. Good luck.

@ilikebbstock the trades you post aren't the actual trading days right? (GAHC Jun 9) you have very nice consistent chart, I'm just trying to learn as much as I can, been in debt too long, fixing to do something about it , hope you don't mind me snooping around... happy trading.

you have to drill down to get the details of the actual trades, the ones indicates are the average price bought and sold only

@ilikebbstock I just looked up a random stock, $ZNTR 855 m float, how easy is it to get filled, in our out?

Juanfriesen
Juanfriesen Jul 21, 17 11:09 AM

what do you mean by not sure you'd want to know? if you're trading these sub-penny-stocks, you must have a very effective strategy, I can see you're very successful, I'd like to know how as much as you like to share, no offense.

ilikebbstock
ilikebbstock Jul 21, 17 1:16 PM

because ZNTR was running on bogus info that they were bitcoin. They are not. the ceo has another co. that is bitcoin.

Juanfriesen

thx for the reply, ZNTR was just an example, I was wondering how easy it is to get filled in general trading these sup-penny stocks.

@ilikebbstock Unbelievable how little the price of the stocks you trade change and yet the percent gain is massive LOL. Is it safer trading sub-pennys?

Sub pennys are my specialty they arent for everyone but I love them

There's a ton of free information out there. Save that money. YouTube has a ton of stuff and there are good traders out there that don't charge for information.

@ilikebbstock Can I ask 4 questions, 1- What do you mean by diluting ? 2- What indicators do you use overall? 3- What do you ask the scanner to search for to find these longs that have been soooo flat for so long. I'm assuming volume, but how much and anything else? 4- Why don't you short? Great trading !!

1) Diluting is when a company issues shares thereby diluting the stock since it will then have more shares outstanding.

ilikebbstock Mar 06, 17 6:58 PM

2) dobtvuse any indicators other than chart resistant and support

3) use equityfeed streaming filters one is high relative volume to the average

4) I generally trade penny stocks which are not easily shorted by traditional brokers

@ilikebbstock Hi Mike, I have a large position in VPRO since November/December I was hoping you could shed some thoughts based on current events and PR's, do you recommend to continue holding VPRO?

ugh thats not good, not sure what to tell you since the liquidity is no longer good. I havent kept up with it, I sold about 40% prior to the R/S announcement then sold the remainder over the following days after when it bounced. Maybe hope for another bounce and get out of some.

@ilikebbstock Hi Michael, What are you thoughts on ICNV?

ilikebbstock
ilikebbstock Mar 01, 16 2:15 PM

nice move earlier but it cant hold its gains

AndyVolk
AndyVolk Mar 01, 16 8:45 PM

Do you think that ICNV has the potential to run upwards, like URBF and TSTS did, due to its share structure? Or do you think the dilution is too much to prevent a solid move?

ilikebbstock
ilikebbstock Mar 02, 16 7:24 AM

it may but it tends to rise fast and drop fast
