OTC Breakout.... higher priced play executing the breakout over 5. This play was veyr shakey so it didnt give me enough conviction to wait around very long so I got out with a loss only to comissions. Stock then went on to reach the 6s and I felt pretty tough after that. Eveery opportunity in this slow market that fits my strategies must be taken advantage of. It hurt seeing this one run but I wasnt going to chase. My big 1,800 loss a few days ago has truly strengthened my good trading habits.
FGD..... Best planned trade to date. Anticipated the FGD, formed a plan and executed the plan perfectly. All my trades should be this beautiful. Definitely an experienced trade and one of the few trades that proves my hours and hours and hours and hours of studying since Sept. 2020. Sniped this trade on a long wicking candle panic down to the R/G level before it snapped right back up. Almost stole these shares it was such a good entry.
TWO TRADES HERE. Made 379 the first trade then lost 192 on the second trade. The second trade was a big learning point for me in understanding that I cannot chase big gainers late day after large previous daily runs no matter how convincing. The odds amre much less late day on the third fourth fifth ect green day in a row. Stock is up 2,000 percent in three days. This setup on day one or two however would have been more likely. OTC Swizzle/Breakout play..... bought in shares right at the breakout level after a large green volume spike. Ideally would have entered as a breakout after the pullback but my gut was tellingme this was alos not a bad entry. Risk level was clear an close to entry so I was in.
Listed Spike 2 Consolidation.... This "pattern" I have been playing with listed and OTC stocks is very inconsistent. The problem with this strategy is that the stock can go past my stop and still have a chance at being a sucessful pattern. For now I am going to scrap this strategy and focus on it later down the road. I need to stiffen up and refine the requirements to this strategy. This same strat is responsible for my $290 INVU loss.
