Out of 10 tickers there was 1 long trade, 2 possible short trades and 2 runners that would have been good long trades if they were within my strategy. As I have mentioned the tickers that I post are only the top ten gainers but normally I get 15 to 20 each night. Just before I check my scan results I'll check the tickers that didn't make last night cut, here are a few.
MYO was a good bounce off of level #1 at 3.88
ZN was a good bounce off of my level #2 at 4.00
SFUN pierce level #1 at 4.91 and popped up to 5.03
ATOS- Price action fell through my #2 level down to 3.73 but then made a small rally to around 4.06 and then closed the day at 3.91. Not tradable price action today
PME- Price opened below my #2 level and pretty much stayed there the entire trading day, Not tradable
FUSZ-This would have been a good short, unfortunately I am currently a long trader. Price rallied up to the hod at 1.7800 at the opening and then pretty much fell all day to 1.24. Price action hit my #1 and #2 levels but obviously all signs showed short.
HTGM- Price dropped right into my #1 level area. Price pretty much bounced in that area for the entire trading day. Not tradable
AXSM- Again, this would have been a great short trade. Price opened above my #1 and fell throughout the day all the way down to my #3 level
JMEI- Price fell at the opening through my #1 level and almost hit #2 but made a small bounce up to 2.73. Price action not tradable today
STDY- Price opened just above level #1 and went sideways the entire trading day. Price action not tradable.
EBIO- Price opened above level #1 and dropped and bounced off of level #1 twice and I decided if it taps it once again I would take a small buy position. Around 11:30am eastern I placed a buy limit order at 2.65 and my order was filled around 2:30pm eastern when price fell back into my level #1 area. Price rallied up to 2.92 but since I am a coward trader I closed trade at 2.85
EYPT- Price opened above level #1 and continued doing so the entire trading day. No trade available within my strategy.
HTBX- Price opened above level #1 and ran up and then went sideways. No trade available within my strategy.
This is really helpful stuff - thank you for posting! Do you feel comfortable sharing how you find your levels? Is that a Fibonacci Retracement strategy? (If you've already posted, feel free to redirect me rather than explaining.)
