3:33 PM macktruck: FUSZ b/o new hod 3:34 PM Knesevitch → macktruck: not a breakout, the stock was $3 a few days ago. WOW!!! SERIOUSLY??? That has got to be one of the stupidest, know-it-all responses I've see on this chat meant for alerts, and sadly, his ego is much too large to want to see the truth. This is what I mean by the "think-they-know-it-all" egomaniacs who feel like they need to show the world how stupid they are. So, this post below is to help educate so you don't make yourself look stupid by posting one of those know-it-all moronic chat posts in a place where traders just want to see alerts. Traders who want to make money are just here to see alerts. We're not here wanting to deal with moronic, know-it-all posts from people who think they need to educate. You just make yourself look more stupid than you really are when you make those posts. b/o = break out hod = high of day According to The Street, by Jim Kramer, and as quoted on his website, a breakout is: "A point when the stock's price moves above resistance or below support." According to Google's terminology: Quote, "A breakout is a stock price moving outside a defined support or resistance level with increased volume." Below is a screenshot of FUSZ today to show you where the level of resistance was on the day and to show you where the breakout on volume was,... just in case you are wondering what a real breakout is.

and here is Google's term of what resistance is: Quote: "In stock market technical analysis, support and resistance is a concept that the movement of the price of a security will tend to stop and reverse at certain predetermined price levels."

To help you better understand what resistance was for today's FUSZ chart based on the resistance definition above, when the price peaked at 12:12 today for FUSZ and started back down, that was today's resistance level. A stock can have one or more resistance levels through out the day and can also have more than one breakout level in one day.

Knesevitch, I feel sorry for your wife and even more sorry for your kids if they have to deal with that on a daily basis. But, If I had to guess, I bet your not married to any woman who has any self-esteem, and if you have children, may God bless their souls.

Unfortunately, people who have huge egos tend to have a difficult time understanding the truth right in front of their face. Their ego is too stuck on being right and no matter how much it reads the truth from reliable sources, the tough ego just can't see the truth. Sadly, the world is full of huge egos with know-it-all attitudes.
