I'm new to the market and wondering if Sure Trader is good starting platform for small accounts?

Don't use this broker under any circumstances - trust me! Lots of hidden fees, almost impossible to withdraw money. I've been waiting almost three weeks for about $5k I want to move to another brokerage account. I've been charged about $180 in withdrawal fees as well that they claim are charged by their bank.

Great day today, Up $216 Pre-Commission, going to end today on that note. (See pic for trades) I will verify the trades tomorrow :) Tomorrow I will officially be back in the green! 3 out of 3 winning trades today! Consistency is key! Shoutout to my trading mentor http://profit.ly/user/ericgtm

Thanks for sharing, like a lot of other people on here, rugby's trading of TNA got my attention recently. Something to look at a bit further down the track.

@Tone for smaller accounts, I'm finding that NUGT is a much better ETF for small positions. Its very very volatile but if you can grab your position at they correct moment, it can give you an amazing return in minutes. Tomorrow I'll be verifying my trades from today, Made over 100$ with NUGT in a few minutes with only 200 shares (11-12k$)

Cool thanks for the reply. Is on my watchlist, although I'm limited to swing trades for the moment due to time zones

I hit my $100+ Goal for live trading today with $170 before commission. I tested with more patience and a better chart layout and was able to pull through in 2 easy trades! My goal is consistency over profit, however.

I will never inflate, lie, or falsify my trades on here. In the end if I lie, I'm only lying to myself. Be proud of your losses and your gains alike.

nono not at all, its not impossible to make 100 a day with TNA either, Doing that alongside my current job would slowly grow into higher volume (i mean really slowly) But until I am more comfortable taking on more risk, I'm trying to stick between 100-200 shares. My current BP is 30k though.

I understand that 100 dollar consistently is doable, but for me personally that's not even worth my time. Is there any specific reason you chose TNA/TZA? SPXL is a SPY 3x fund which moves around a bit more than TNA; today it's up double what TNA is.

I'm not doing it to replace income, just learn and grow to EVENTUALLY go big and make money from doing it. For now its just experimental. TNA/TZA was because I saw Rugby trading it. I did pretty well in NUGT today made 120$ pretty quickly. But just a few moments ago I took out a trade on NUGT at 58.15 thinking it broke out above 58 and it failed, went back down and I paniced and got out -74$ or so. I do like the movement, but if I read it wrong it can punish harshly. I just need to study it bett
