Had been doing some overnight type trades like buying SPHS at 1.13 last week then selling at 2.72 as I was trying to make sure I did. It run into trouble with the Pattern Day Trader rule. Have been in and out of stocks since the 1980s some but this is the very first year in this sort of niche as a trader in small stocks using the Sykes style of trading.
