Unlikely to trade today unless something really pops. I'm using this watchlist for live pattern/trend visuals. I noted each for different but similar patterns last night after training.
I keep wanting to trade during working hours. Knowing that my job requires me to respond randomly and urgently, I need to step back and practice watching while remembering the A in PREPARE. Trading while working leaves the risk of a call to duty always over my head. Secondary perk, watching without trading should help to desensitize my FOMO.
Today went well. I did not take any trades, although my FOMO was tested. Watching both the chat and charts being discussed in real time was quite enlightening. Especially since It allowed me to look at everything objectively, with scant emotion. I'll likely be doing the same thing quite a bit next week.
