NES - pulled back to the 4.90 today and bounced back to 5.40. Still looking for this to consolidate around the 5 range, volume increased marginally.
CHGG - I started a small swing trade on this today at 7.79. Put in a higher low on the daily and double topped at 7.88 on the daily. Finished the day on a Doji candle. Not the confirmation of a reversal I was looking for but not terrible either. Hard stop at 7.60.
CAS - could possibly be setting up for another go. Seems to have found support at 5.97 to 6.00. will be watching for weak open to 5.97ish or 6.37 to hold support. IMO there is still a significant percentage of shorts in this. Never saw the big volume show up on the run from 4 to 7, and 34% of the 13m float was short. Key statistics in Yahoo shows 56% of float is short but the math doesn't add up as they say 4miilion shares are short of a 13million float. Not excited about this just watching for potential reversal.
VBLT - reaching an interesting point in the 60min chart. Trade range has really gotten tight, and is setting up to break one way or the other. I don't have an opinion on which way it is going to go. It's touted as 1 of 2 standouts going in to ASCO, the other ONTY. Do traders sell and take profits or do they stay and see what happens? Potential short on g/r move, potential buy breaking 7.45. I won't consider a dip buy.
OHGI - As much as this ran up today, there COULD be a dip buy opportunity around the 3.80-.90 range, pending the support and price action/volume are there. Possible short on g/r move but would be a very quick trade unless it's blowing through support levels. Basically closed mid range on the day. Have to wait and see what happens. I would be interested in the FIRST morning washout (if it comes) but beyond that if it makes lower highs a possible short. Dipped to 3.75 AHs but then back to 4.15. My theory is the news generated the initial gain and the shorts were covering and squeezing it up. IMO it becomes a very crowded trade. Not sure I am real interested in shorting this yet. Could be a PBMD replay one day up next down...or not.
HNR - the higher the better. Not interested in shorting yet as the downside just isn't there. Watching for parabolic breakouts to short. Released earnings on 19 May and made some gains, 50%ish. Could be a dip buy at the 1.80-.90 level but not real excited about it.
NVIV - Just wanted to get this back on radar. Rumors of an important announcement and to have filmed a segment on the today show for the 2nd patient that is using their system for spinal cord injury, to be aired possibly next week or week after. Very speculative play. But the PR machine can make things run. gofundme.com/lm00m0, ift.tt/1PQtc95,
Couple other chart plays: GEVO and GENE...both dead cat bounce plays IMO and GENE with a daily bullish engulfing candle
NUGN - just don't want to forget about it.
