- 10:09 AMbeluga99and if I go to their website: https://irdirect.net/vtnr/sec_filings I can see on that page starting the 24th they began release Form 4's stating that insiders in their company were buying stock options. Literally 8 different Form 4's. Then guess what... On the 27th when price was around $4.00 they released an 8-K that stated they entered into a Material Definitive Agreement with Shell Oil Company to buy their 800 acre refinery in Mobile, Alabama for $75M and next day price went to $8.00.

It seems like if I knew what I knew now and was 3 days earlier, was looking into this, I could have made notes about it and put it on a watchlist... when I see the price action and volume coming in I could have sized up on it and won big... Not trying to predict, just trying to read what's going on in the background. Of course we don't know how the market will react to filings and news but this sequence of events seems almost so perfect for a pump that it was a shame I didn't capitaliz
