[TimAlerts] $OCLS in @1.22 avg, out 1.16. small position, trying to cut losses quicker

[TimChallenge] long term chart super ugly, but some big volume spikes today, and overall today in the long term chart...analyst coverage was initiated recently to 'buy' so that may have something to do with it, plus its ini the same PR as $OCLS, and EBIO...so there is that.
