Looks like consolidation has just about finished up, macd is ready to cross bullish, and the psar is very close to flipping below the price. Seems just about ready imo.

Hey Green, I'm a newbie here, what does this mean ? KNSC has to inrease its price so as to be OTCQB and this means that we can profit from it right now ?

So it sounds it goes by the dates when they file then I believe they have days to comply and if not over a penny they go pink. sounds like it would be the same time they would get the 'E' for late filings as well, so this would just be one more rule at that time. Glad to know it won't all hit at May 1, 2014 so will give us more time, thanks for the info.

Hopefully it's a runner in the next couple days it's still trading heavy volume. Got in on some DVME @ .0001 yesterday locked in 100% already but still holding some shares having trouble finding buyers though.
