Follow the steps below to fix the brother printer ink problem easily.

 

1.       First of all, check if the ink cartridges are installed properly on your printer.

2.       The next step is to check the print quality by printing a test page.

3.       To do so, press the INK or INK INDICATOR button and select Test Print.

4.       Now select Print Quality and then click on the Color Start key.

5.       Diagnose the test pages and if the prints aren’t proper as they should be, select No when the printer asks you if the print quality is OK.

6.       The printer will ask you if you want to start cleaning, select Yes.

7.       At last, when the cleaning is finished, click on the Color Start to print another test page.

8.       If the print quality is still compromised, do the cleaning again and then again until the problem is fixed.
