[TimAlerts] BCDA - Nasdaq.com says billionaire investor Philip Frost (CEO) sold 19,000,000 of his shares on 12/21/2016 @ .13 per share. http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/bcda/insider-trades He still has 130,000,000 shares. His timing sucks though if he sold @ .13 as he missed the move from $.13 to $1.09. Only problem is the trading range on 12/21/2016 was between .63 & .44 so how did he sell at @ .13 on 12/21? Can anyone enlighten?
