Looked like pullback before next move up. In reality, was the double top headed south. Lots of lessons in today's overtrading for a net cost of $9.45. Difficult trading environment in mid-August. Two good trades wiped out by mutiple losers. And yet, we followed the rules, cut losses quickly, and I'll live to trade another day.
Popped through high of day, pulled back, I got in. Got back to high, then fell. Not ready to run yet.
Entry comments: Moving up scanner 6X normal Volume. With target of $.40. Only 10M float
Exit comments: Got a quick kick after buying. It is now $.46 but glad to be out as getting choppy now. recent high in 3 months was over $.70 but has a history of one day spiker so good to be out. Now $.47 still squeezing. Boy if held now dropping like a rock. This is market get out with profit. Stock at $.38 now. Ran late after hours to $.60+ but then quick drop so good to be out and not have to watch for hours and find it dropped back to mid $.30s again.
At HOD and bought impulsively, it didn't break at all and retraced immediately, so I took a loss. The only thing I did well was cutting losses.
