[TimAlerts] QUESTION: I had $NETE and RLYP ...I wanted to sell them pre market cause they were up a shitload and but my orders wouldnt go through. I AM using Think Or Swim and I am paper trading still. Is it the platform that wont alow it or the paper trading?? SOmeone Please help
