Thanks everyone for your feedback. @Chongette32 but what I'm thinking is, why not just put a buy stop order at the price you want to get in at and have it fill you. Why do people wait until it hits and then place a limit order? It seems faster and more accurate with buy order.

You would use a buy stop limit order. When it triggers the price , it will submit the limit order. Problem is that during fast trading activity, it may not get executed and run past it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
