Tim Gritanni just released his DVD (http://goo.gl/st16so), should be very good, he was with IU from his beginning, and still is with them. If you look at the table of contents (http://goo.gl/zabiuJ), it basically has one chapter on preparation, and quite a few on the types of setups he trades.

You can develop a basket of setups over time, for different types of market moves, but trades the ones that makes to you, that you understand, and of course, the ones that make you $.
