[TimChallenge] $NURO is a fake out break out... Afternoon news and spikes are way different than morning ones...

[TimChallenge] There were a few indicators I looked at to have some confidence. $SSN is trading $4 less than the 2 year high and based on the one year chart it looked like the January effect could have an impact, that combined with the pre market activity, the early morning spike and decent volume helped me pull the trigger.
