I bought this stock that gapped up huge due to news of an investor's 50+% stake in the company. Most of the day it was consolidating and it created this ABCD pattern which higher lows and tightening up action. I bought the pullback of the B/O on high volume. It then popped 10 cents but it faded off and cracked below breakout level. I got out then and there. Good decision because it cracked 20-30 cents after that. I think it failed bcuz it was already up big, and it was midday lull.
