Top % gainer. News came out AH on 12/2 the company had been awarded the $45.5M bridge project in Santa Cruz. Stock went from 3 to 5 in a couple min. Bouncing ball rest of AH. PM 12/3 ramped up from 3.50 to 5.13 from 5 to 5:30. Thought it would bounce off the levels of resistance from AH 12/2. It did not. Glad I cut losses when I did because it just kept fading all day.
