Multi month breakout but slow mover. Too slow and not breaking out convincingly. Had XLAB on my radar on a double bottom at $1.78 and didn't take it thinking SITC was a safer trade. Well XLAB spiked over a dollar. It was a nice setup, need to take it next time.
