[TimAlerts] This is crazy! I cannot use STT, so I try ToS and find out they do not have the ability to do pre market scanning wth!!! Their Marketwatch isn't even picking up the gainers this morning CHGG, $APRI, $BIOC, $AIXG, ect. ect wow!!!
