Went from $2 to $4 premarket and I chased it. Thought it could retest the prior day's high around $5.50-$6.00, but there was too much overhead resistance and the setup failed. Cut losses quickly. The company had filed a dilutive financing with White Lion and there was no real catalyst beyond AI PR. The stock has a history of popping and fading. In hindsight, the short was the better trade. Need to focus on A+ setups and check filings like the 424B3 before entering.

This loss is brought to you by TradeZero. The WORST broker on the planet. Not only are their executions nonexistent, but when they actually DO fill an order, they like to fill orders 50 CENTS HIGHER than the price entered on the order. Then when your stock crashes, they like to let the price hover over your order and not fill the sell order.

Entry comments: Dip buying this big premarket winner, its choppy so dip buying is key, goal is to make 10-20%, cut losses if no bounce

Exit comments: Zzzzzzz, weak bounce attempt so far so rule #1 cut losses quickly, watch http://tim.ly/clq for a reminder, thought it would act better but small losses are fine too, just protect protect protect when wrong, especially premarket
