This ran yesterday in consolidated around the high for me, the set up of a red to green pattern. It crossed the previous days closed at 11.bought it at the gold pivot level gave it time to reclaim and it didn’t bought and sold on the same date
SGD worg, gapped down, went sideways pm annd slowly went up before vol increase & set slb and executed with me straight away, but big sells ask at 1.69, so sold half at 1.67, and moved sl up to entry, a few mins after big red and took out at 1.54 as went red and bounced straight back green, but better to be safe as mid day.
still trying the consolidation play and figuring R&R didn't work.
Cutting loss on this failed dip buy that's just has volume and can't bounce.
Taking in small profit on this nice squeeze in premarket even though it can go higher I'm trying to stay safe.
Testing new methods, learning price action, continued trading. Need to study more on entry and exit levels. Define stop losses better.
Another no news runner with good volume. plan here was to dip buy off of VWAP but got as low as 1.5, i bought on the climb off VWAP and noticed hesitation so i got out. noting that i was in a good bit off of the dip bottom. plan was to sell closer to 2 which it did eventually do but took way longer then i would have been comfortable with
