@Choc7up You know what the patent news was yesterday at 4:30 and it popped to $2.00.Lesson Learned for me be careful reading the correct date on news

@Choc7up Yes sir, I go into the stock summary on my TDAmeritrade research section and it shows a summary for each ticker you input, in this case it is 102.0k. The "news was on a patent awarded" however, in hindsight, it appears the news was released earlier prior to the public receiving it this morning. Check the A/H spike yesterday. So now, I've turned a quick popper into a swing trade. Best Wishes and I hope this helps.

@Chappy I have a question for you sir, I am just getting started in trading and I was looking at tickers as I scan them with STT. I looked at $APRI and read the news in Yahoo Finance on the patent information. I did not see that as a catalyst but the stock did move about twenty cents this morning. When you mention ten times the daily volume @10:13 and daily average how did you compute that by looking at the $APRI chart? Thank you C7up
