[TimAlerts] only etrade is not allowing to buy, but as the ETrade reps told you, you can make an order if you call in. There are many other brokers where people can buy $EYES premarket.

[TimAlerts] FYI: I just had a chat with ETRADE reps. $EYES can be purchased for premarket over the phone, Broker assist fees will be waved. Their reason is this: "This is because it requires additional review and approval and the trade to buy shares must be made by phone."
