[TimAlerts] $LEDS still has a tiny float so its worth watching, but with it already over 5 it may not move too much more ... the non-compliance may attract shorters but would have to dig to find that reasoning, its not price range so it could be something real simple to fix, like an additional board member (which they could be giving this guy shares to get him on the board), or it could be value and shit which is more difficult to fix
