@jayjaydagumboy No I would not use it to short, reach out to Tim for his Secret Broker or setup IB (I use IB, ScotiaiTrade, TD, Secret broker).

Is there a specific reason why TD is not good for shorting (due to fee, or they don't have a good inventory of US Stocks). The reason why i am asking is I can't afford the minimum of Tim's secret broker. thanks

@jayjaydagumboy I would call them and ask if they often have shorting under $10 available... my guess is no, but I only use them for long

@Hardybrian1 Congratulations! I am just curious if are you from Canada as you are using Scotia and TD Waterhouse? May I know how do you know if VLTC, WPCS, POWR will rise in price? Do you have some sort of a catalyst and website you use as basis for being Long? regards

@The_Peoples_Champ congrats on your trades. I am interested to know how did you manage to monitor the pre-market for PBMD just recently? Do you have a watchlist or a website or a software to indicate such price increase in pre-market? thanks and goodluck on your future trades

I have traded PBMD many times with success in the past. Thats why stocks like PBMD, RADA, CBLI, KONE, ICLD etc. are always in my watchlist and I look for any spikes in these. Such stocks spike again and again and once you trade them, you get familiarize with their movements, support-res and can trade the next time without fear.

In pre-market, I pick stocks based on volume increase in my watchlist on TOS platform or scan the stocks or from the chatroom till 7 AM. During the market open, I rely on TheLion.com/ finviz for market gainers as I trade on my iphone and do not have the ability to scan stocks.

...the NUGN pump and dumps will be back along with the VLTC's..in the meantime going to be monitoring those tickers that have those strong trends. Will try to formulate a rating system too and post here. You can bet it will have a lot to do with volume ... ;)
