Hi @terps88 you mentioned lx21 said to have the conviction to enter a trade. Great reminder, but also I think the bi-polar reminder is to not trade if there isn't a good/great setup in the morning, afternoon or the day, which is important to not purposefully enter into something that has a poorer risk/reward ratio. As Tim S. and Chicago777 always say in his video lessons and chatroom 'you don't have to trade every day'. In my initial learning process I always thought yea I know this and I would

be able to easily recognise when a day isn't worth trading. But it wasn't until I really questioned myself, was this trade worthwhile? are my setups clear enough and not opaque to really understand that a trade is worthwhile? Do I have true control over my innate psychology to trade due to various motivations e.g. mental performance targets, even though one's principle is contradictory to not have performance targets to alleviate forced trades...so ideally I think this task/question should alway

always be asked atleast 3 times in the day, during premarket, during the A/N or EOD power hour, or A/H when reviewing the day or preparing for the next

Love it. i've recently thrown my rules out the window due to certain pressures. Taking a break re-grouping myself, and will look to get back in later, but pretty much all you stated above is what I need to focus on fullstop. Thanks for posting.

@ocarela sounds like a whole new trading style. My timeframe is usually the chart x 7 so 1min good for a 7min prediction then reevaluation

'Less is sometimes more and more is sometimes less' quality reminder statement of the day. Re: Not forcing or over-trading, is a challenging mental quality I find myself now practising better

@AaronHebert Hi Aaron, yes I use it for my entries for example the stock spikes past the vwap but the EMA stays below a downtrending sign. Also when the stock wash down pulls back to the EMA for the second leg down I take that as my entry
