[TimAlerts] ONC also just got cleared of its compliance dispute ... it's up 23% after hours alone. Since that's the news that brought it down, the compliance dispute, and it was at $12 before the news, so I imagine it'll go positive for a bit

[TimAlerts] Another question: why did $ARRY get such a good structure on its new acquisition? It's just crazy, no funding of P3 until June of 2016, no milestones or royalty payments, and Novartis will fund additional "out of pocket" expenses? Who signs a deal like that?

[TimAlerts] It looks like it -- or at least $CNET got hyped by rather unrelated comments Jim Cramer made -- it may be hard to get shares to short now though

[TimAlerts] Anyone understand what's happening with $TRCH? I though it was going bankrupt, but it shot up today some 70%+ on no news as far as I can see.
