Recommendation: It was on a breakout in the $14's and I bought on a dip, however, the market crashed and we keep thinking it is going to bounce. I don't know why I keep following these recommendations, but fortunately I am taking small size. Anyway, on a small bounce, decided to sell b/c I wanted the capital and didn't want to wait longer if this continues to go down lower. It did go back into the $11's so glad to cut losses.
