Was very close to buying the stock at 1 after the news came out. Got in a little late around 1.15. Sold half at 1.25, battled down my average after the open. Not the best entry but I'm still happy with the trade.

Swing trade: bought after HOD on 12/24/24 hoping for a second spike...sold after shareholders meeting and approval of a 50-1 reverse split...Lesson: preserve capital and exit trade with small loss when thesis breaks down.
